What's in a view
This was taken at Emerald Lake above Crested Butte on Gothic road. The white flowers in front are Cow Parsley I believe. NOT hemlock since they have the maple type leaf. Once again I am at a coffee shop with internet and no reference materiel. Okay, guess I have the world wide web.
We have rock star parking on Slate Creek road above Crested Butte. This is what I see from my window and yes this week was LOTs of clouds and lots. of rain.
In the same area, this is what Mary sees just outside her door. Slate creek.
Before Crested Butte, we stayed at a campground (yes a campground) on Taylor Reservoir. Lots of trees and the lower one has the sun peeking through the trees.
More views from the Crested Butte area camping. We have been in Crested a week and have not done a lot due to the weather, but what a great place to get stuck in.
Will be moving on again and wifi will be iffy. So catch ya when I can as this playing is hard work. :-)
